Reach is in beta. Contributions and releases are simulated. Reach does not currently hold, move, custody, or transfer real user funds. These terms describe your relationship with Reach Financial, Inc. when you use the Reach platform. Payment and money-movement services, when enabled, will be governed by additional partner-institution terms disclosed at the point of enrollment.
Your account
Keep your credentials safe, use two-factor authentication, and don't share your account. You must be 18 or older.
Acceptable use
No unlawful activity, no fraud, no abuse, no attempts to bypass release rules or member consent. Reach may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Wallets and rules
Wallet owners set the release rules at creation. Reach enforces those rules. Members should read them before joining.
Fees
Reach's subscription fees are listed on the Pricing page. Payment-partner fees, when applicable, will be disclosed at the point of transaction.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may terminate for violations of these terms or applicable law. Contribution records may be retained where required.
