This page is maintained by Reach Financial, Inc. to answer common privacy questions and is not a substitute for the full Privacy Policy, which will be published prior to public payment launch.
Information we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, phone), wallet content you create (goals, purposes, contribution amounts and notes, comments), and standard operational data (device, IP, session).
How we use it
To operate the Reach platform, provide the features described in your subscription plan, secure your account, communicate service updates, and, with your consent, improve the product.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not sell your financial data. We do not use the content of your wallets or comments for advertising.
Sharing with partners
When Reach integrates regulated payment and banking partners, information necessary to move money (such as identity verification data) will be shared with those partners under contract and disclosed clearly at the point of collection.
Your controls
You can export or delete your account and wallets at any time. Contribution records that are required for legal, tax, or partner reporting may be retained in accordance with applicable law.
